Obituary for Kenneth Wayne Shaw

A memorial service for Drumright resident, Kenneth Wayne Shaw, was held 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2015 in the Memorial Chapel of Michael’s Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Howard of the Drumright Church of the Nazarene officiated. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright. Kenneth Wayne Shaw was born in Amarillo, Texas on July 28, 1950 to James Ray Shaw & Geraldine (Vandiver) Shaw. He passed from this life suddenly at his residence on September 29, 2015 at the age of 65 years, 2 months, & 1 day. Kenneth was raised in Texas & California. He joined the United States Air Force and served his country for 7 years. He was an auto mechanic by trade and had moved to Drumright from Phoenix, Arizona in 1998. He was preceded in death by his first wife: Karen Marie Shaw; & a SON: Brandon Scott Shaw.

His remaining family includes a SON: Aaron Michael Shaw of Arizona; 4 GRANDCHILDREN: Michael Shaw – Brian Shaw – Christian Shaw & Chyanne Shaw; his PARENTS: Jim & Gerry Shaw of Drumright; a SISTER: Patty Shaw of Drumright; & a FORMER WIFE: Tammy Petrie of Cushing; also numerous other relatives & friends.
