Effie was born at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on June 3, 1954 to the late Sig J. Keeling & Ethel M. (Smith) Keeling. She passed from this life in the Drumright Regional Hospital on January 5, 2023 at the age of 68 years, 7 months, & 2 days. Effie was raised and educated in Olive and had spent all of her life in the Drumright – Olive - & Bristow area. She married Dannie Miller in 1973 & the marriage tragically ended when he died in 1989. She then married Gerald Osburn in 1990 & they remained together until his death in 2012. Effie loved her family and her church family. She enjoyed cross stitch, sewing, reading, traveling with her sisters, & working in her flower beds & garden. In addition to her parents, grandparents, and husbands, she was preceded in death 2 Sisters: Rita O’Neal & Maria Synich.

She leaves behind 3 Children: Wendy McCullar of Walters – Cherilyn Cheadle of Norman - & Robert Osburn of Drumright; Grandchildren: Gage – Dannie – Trevor – Alex – Damian - & Raven; Great Grandchildren: Karter – Felix – Axxton – Paisley – Kai – Tyrene – Azula – Tyreon - & Xander; 3 Sisters: Ella Miller of Bristow – Maxie Inman of Depew & Shirley McClendon of Olive; Also numerous Nieces – Nephews – Cousins – other relatives and friends.
