Eva Lee was born at Eldorado, Illinois on May 5, 1939 to the late Tom Hopkins & Rachel (Harrison) Hopkins. She passed from this life at Tulsa, Oklahoma December 10, 2022 at the age of 83 years, 7 months, & 5 days. Eva Lee was raised and educated in Eldorado, Illinois & was a graduate of Eldorado High School. She spent her younger life there and enjoyed camping and fishing with her 3 brothers. She married Roy Elmer Delancy in 1959 and they raised a daughter: Deana Lee. They made their home in Olive since 1974. Eva Lee had worked as secretary for the Principle of Olive Elementary School until her retirement. She was well loved by many students. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband in 2009; & 3 Brothers: Bill – Tommy - & Donnie Hopkins.

Her remaining family includes her Grandchildren: Caleb Delancy of Olive, whom she raised as a son; & Erin Talent of Sapulpa; 1 Great Grandson; & several Nieces – Nephews - & other relatives.
