Bertha was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on June 7, 1937 to the late Warren Charles Howell & Ester Rosie (Moore) Howell. She passed from this life in Bristow on November 14, 2022 at the age of 85 years, 5 months, & 7 days. Bertha was raised & educated in Shawnee. She married Bill Dostal on February 27, 1960 & they made their home in Prague, OK. In 1965 they moved to Bristow and have remained here since. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill in 2000.
