Larry was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on September 6, 1949 to the late Carl Ernest Osterhout & Willa Dean (Hale) Osterhout. In 1955 his parents purchased the Stubblefield-Bennett Funeral Home in Drumright & the family moved to Drumright. Larry attended school in Drumright and helped his parents run the funeral home & ambulance service until they sold in 1973. In 1975 he joined the United States Army and was discharged in 1979. Larry had worked most of his life in the Hotel & Hospitality industry.
His remaining family includes 2 Brothers: C.D. Osterhout & wife Toni of Drumright – Phil Osterhout of Drumright; Nephews & Nieces: Jamie & Tara Osterhout – Casey & Agan Osterhout – Cara & John Stanford – Niki Osterhout – Taylor Guillot – Carly & Logan Reidle; 10 great Nieces - 1 Great Great Niece - & 2 Great Great Nephews.
