Obituary for Larry Willard Schiller

Masonic funeral rites for Jennings resident, Rev. Larry Schiller, were be held 6:00 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2021 in the Memorial Chapel of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright. Jennings Masonic Lodge #151 A.F. & A.M. of Jennings, OK was in charge of the services. A graveside committal service was held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 15, 2021 in Fort Gibson National Cemetery with the United States Navy providing Military Funeral Honors. Larry Schiller was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 8, 1941 to the late Roy Willard Schiller & Doris (Weissgerber) Schiller. He passed from this life in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on April 7, 2021 at the age of 80 years, 1 month, & 30 days. Larry ws raised & educated in California. He moved to this area around 1977 from Oak Dale, California. He became an ordained minister in 1992 and preached the gospel ever since. He was a member of Jennings Masonic Lodge #151 & Cimarron Valley York Rite Bodies (now affiliated with Stillwater York Rite Bodies). He enjoyed gardening, raising cattle, roping, woodworking, & welding. He was preceded in death by his Father, Mother, & Step-dad: Pete McDonald.

His remaining family includes his WIFE: Bela Schiller of the home; CHILDREN: Karen Parks of Oilton – Richard Schiller of Tulsa – Jennifer DeChow – Barbara Rubacava – Catherine Towell; GRANDSON; Austin & several other grandchildren; 1 BROTHER: Kenneth Schiller of Arizona; plus Nieces – Nephews – other relatives & friends.
