Linda Marie Cox was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma on April 9, 1957 to the late Orin Hardison & Beatrice “Bea” (Clifford) Hardison. She passed from this life suddenly at her residence on September 23, 2020 at the age of 63 years, 5 months, & 14 days. Linda was raised & educated in Wichita Falls, Texas. She moved to this area in 1976 and has remained in the general area of Creek County the rest of her life. She married Joe Francis Cox in Denver, Colorado on September 3, 1992 & they remained together until his death in 2012. In addition to her Parents & Husband, she was preceded in death by a BROTHER: Owen Hardison.
She leaves behind 2 CHILDREN: Lisa Tollette of Tulsa – Justin Morrow & wife Lacey of Cushing; GRANDCHILDREN: Cooper – Denver – Rhyder – & Rowyn; STEP-DAUGHTER: Amy Ruckman & husband Terry; STEP-GRANDCHILDREN: Zach – Preston – Riley – Josh – Jennifer – Taylor - & MacKinzie; BROTHER: Kelly Hardison of Texas; plus NUMEROUS other relatives and friends.
