Edward DeWayne Keltner, resident of Mannford, passed from this life suddenly on January 24, 2020 at the age of 59 years, 1 month, & 29 days. Friends are welcome to attend a memorial gathering at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, February 29th in the Green Valley Park at Mannford, Oklahoma. Cremation services were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright.
