Linda Joy Jantz, 82, of Kingston, Oklahoma was called home Wednesday, October 23, 2019 where she left rejoicing her departure from the Medical City Hospital In McKinney Texas into God's presence. She was born May 28, 1937 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Linda is survived by her loving husband and best friend David Lee Jantz of Kingston, Oklahoma; her son Mike Luther and wife Kim of Bristow; Her daughter Cyndie Wood and husband Bryan of Bristow; daughter Sonya Garrison and husband Wayne of Tulsa, daughter Connie Gilbert of Leon, Oklahoma; daughter Anita Brown of Van Horn, Texas; sister Bea Canada of Sallisaw; sister Coletta Davis and husband Tom of Sallisaw; brother Johnny Winkler of Roland, Oklahoma; brother-in-law James Jantz and wife Carol of Shawnee; brother-in-law Charles Jantz and wife Anna of Shawnee; sister-in-law Mary Fisher and husband Randy of Springfield, Ohio; 27 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sons Kenny Luther and Jeff Luther, a daughter Karen Theesen, a grandson Christopher White, sister Neoma Chapman Roberts, mother Pearl Mae Taylor, father James Walter Winkler and wife Dovie Winkler.
Linda Was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed reading her bible daily, quilting, crocheting and knitting. She was a devoted Christian woman and was involved in many church activities throughout her life.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the blessing of knowing her.
