Obituary for Kenneth D. Womack
Funeral services for Stroud resident, Kenneth Womack, were held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the Oak Grove Baptist Church near Drumright, OK. Interment followed in Euchee Valley Memorial Park near Cushing, OK with full military funeral honors provided by the United States Army. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright.
Kenneth Dewayne Womack was born in Cushing, Oklahoma on July 29, 1961 to Calvin Kenneth Womack & Freda Mae (Fenimore) Womack. He passed from this life at his residence on July 26, 2019 at the age of 57 years, 11 months, & 27 days. Kenneth was raised & educated in Oilton & was a 1979 graduate of Oilton High School. After High School, he started his career in the United States Army and was honorably discharged a Master Sargent in 2005 after 27+ years of service. At the time of his death, he was driving a truck & delivering crude oil for Coffeyville Resources. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family & friends, especially his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his father; & a sister: Trena Walls.
His remaining family includes his CHILDREN: April Collins of Stroud – Kyle Womack of Stillwater – Megan Womack of Oklahoma City; GRANDCHILDREN: Kaiya – Dylan – Savanna – Aiden – Layne – Landon; his MOTHER: Freda Lacross of Stroud; 2 BROTHERs: Don Womack of Cushing – Virgil Womack of Drumright; 1 SISTER: Carla Deavers of Stillwater; & numerous Nieces – Nephews – Cousins – other relatives & friends.
