Obituary for Ruby Jenell Keltner

Ruby Jenell Keltner was born in Terlton, Oklahoma on October 31, 1937 to the late Raymond Pearl Sanderson and Martha Jane (Logsdon) Sanderson. She passed from this life in Tulsa on May 5, 2019 at the age of 81years. Ruby was raised and educated in Terlton until the family moved to Dinuba, California where she finished high school. She met and fell in love with Bob Keltner and they were united in marriage on February 16, 1956. They made their home in San Francisco before moving back to Dinuba. In 1960 they moved to Mannford, Oklahoma and in 1966, they moved back to Dinuba. After retirement in 1992, they moved back to Mannford and built a large home. She loved to entertain and would host cookouts, dances, and community events at their home. She prided herself in her home and liked sitting on her porch watching the wildlife. Ruby was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, reading, and gardening. She was active in the Mannford and Terlton Senior Citizens organizations. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a BROTHER: Gerald Sanderson; a SISTER: Zola Wilson; and a GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER: Illyana Fletcher.

She leaves behind her HUSBAND: Bob Keltner of Mannford; CHILDREN: Donna Nii and husband Craig of California – Ray Keltner of Mannford – Vickie Hayes of Texas – Edward Keltner of Mannford – Sheena Bradley and husband Charles of Texas; 12 GRANDCHILDREN – 23 Great GRANDCHILDREN; 3 BROTHERS: Bud Sanderson – Jack Sanderson – Eugene Sanderson; 6 SISTERS: Mary Vann – Martha Bridges – Delores Ketchum – Ella Mae Simpson – Karen King - Sharon Spurgeon; and a host of Nieces – Nephews - Cousins - other relatives - and friends.
