Brian Scott Thompson was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 3, 1958 to James Frank Thompson & Thelma Rhea (Riggs) Thompson. He passed from this life at his residence in Olive, Oklahoma on December 31, 2018 at the age of 60 years, 6 months, & 28 days. Brian was raised & educated in the Sand Springs / Twin Cities area & was a 1976 graduate of Charles Page High School. He married Kathy Ann Wood in Tulsa on May 4, 1984 & they have remained together until his death. Brian had worked as a machinist & mechanic all his life. He and his wife have made the Olive / rural Bristow area their home since 1994. Brian enjoyed four wheeling, camping, fishing, hunting, and most all outdoor activities. He was preceded in death by his father: Jim Thompson; & a brother: Mark Thompson.

His remaining family includes his wife: Kathy of the home; 2 children: Trace Thompson of Olive – Wendy Waller of Sapulpa; GRANDCHILDREN: Payden – Maddyx – Lane – Liam - & Jaxen; his mother: Thelma Riggs of Tulsa; 1 brother: Rex Thompson of Owasso; & several other relatives & friends.
