Graveside funeral services for Bristow resident, Reta Welch, were held 2:30 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Bristow City Oaklawn Cemetery. Pastor George Carter of Bristow Faith Baptist Church officiated. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Bristow.

Reta Ann Welch was born in Bristow, Oklahoma on December 19, 1937 to the late Thomas Willeford & Margarite (Kincaid) Willeford. She passed from this life on September 1, 2018 at the age of 80 years, 8 months, & 13 days. Reta was raised & educated in Bristow. She married Elmer Leonard Welch in Bristow on June 22, 1974. They made their home in western Oklahoma and moved back to Bristow in 1990. They remained together until Elmer’s death in 1995.
