Billy Ross Inlow, Drumright, passed from this life at his residence on May 20, 2016 at the age of 89 years, 2 months, & 1 day. Visitation was held from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Services will be held at a later date in Butler Cemetery near Grove, Oklahoma. Billy Ross Inlow was born in Grove, Oklahoma on March 19, 1927 to the late William Sylvester Inlow & Nancy (Summerfield) Inlow. Billy was raised & educated in Grove & Jay area. He joined the United States Navy & served his country during World War II. He married Betty Jane Caywood in Jay, Oklahoma on November 29, 1956 & a month later, they moved to Drumright where they made their home ever since. Billy had worked in the oil fields all his life, starting with Kramer Well Service in 1957 & retired as a Pulling Unit operator from Creek County Well Service in the 1990’s. Billy was a member of the Drumright First Baptist Church & enjoyed fishing, camping, working, & spending time with his family & friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 infant children: an un-named & twins Sherry & Gary; a son: Ronald Ross Inlow; a sister: Lucy Mae Goins; & a ½ brother: Sequoyah “Dooley” Inlow.

He leaves behind his loving wife: Betty Inlow of the home; CHILDREN: Kathy Jane Inlow & Johnny Ray Inlow & wife Michelle, all of Drumright; GRANDCHILDREN: Ira Colby Inlow, Tuskannie Marie Towell & husband John, Leslie Nicole Weaver & husband Jacob, Amanda Leigh Tuttle & husband Adam; 2 STEP-GRANDCHILDREN: Dustin Moyer & Bobby Mann; 10 Great GRANDCHILDREN & 10 STEP Great GRANDCHILDREN; 2 SISTERS: Lahoma Sue Scott of Enid, Peggy Jo Tiffany of Miami; also numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives & friends.
