Obituary for Terri Janell McCutchen (Skinner)
Graveside funeral rites for Yale resident, Terri McCutchen were held 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 16, 2019 in the Flynn Memorial Cemetery near Cushing, OK. Rev. Kevin Vogele of the Drumright River of Life Christian Center officiated. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright.
Terri Janele McCutchen was born in Cushing, Oklahoma on August 11, 1955 to the late Ivan Skinner & Norma (Smith) Skinner. She passed from this life in Oklahoma City on September 12, 2019 at the age of 64 years, 1 month, & 1 day. Terri was raised & educated in Yale & was a 1973 graduate of Yale High School. She married Rick McCutchen & they remained together until his death in 1994. Terri lived all of her life in the Yale & Perkins area. She was employed by Oklahoma State Unitversity as an Administrative Assistant. She loved to collect bear fiqurines, do craft work, & go camping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a NEPEHW: Jaymz Males in 2010.
Her remaining family includes 3 SIBLINGS: Vicki & Jerry Akins of Tryon – Mike & Dovie Skinner of Yale - Regina Little & Steven Wright of Yale; Nieces & Nephews: Scott Odle – Chris Odle – Nick Odle – Angela Inman – Rebecca Larson – Jerry Akins, Jr.; Special Friends: Jeannie – Bonnie - & Warren; plus Several Cousins - other relatives - & friends.
