Obituary for Jonathon "Roo" Fowler

Memorial services for Cushing resident, Jonathon “Roo” Fowler, were held 4:20 pm Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in the Memorial Chapel of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright. Rev. John Syverson of Freedom Hill Baptist Church officiated. Cremation & funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Drumright.

Jonathon Fowler, known to most as “Roo”, was born in Enid, Oklahoma on April 20, 1992 to Jon Fowler & Carol (Norton) Fowler. He passed from this life suddenly in Tulsa on December 11, 2017 at the age of 25 years, 7 months, & 21 days. He was raised & educated in Sand Springs & had lived the majority of his life there. He moved with his family to Cushing in July 2017. He enjoyed being outdoors, deer hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, & racing cars. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Great Grandparents: John & Bernice Edwards, & his Best Friend: Dusty Baker.

He leaves behind his MOTHER: Carol Fowler of Cushing; FATHER: Jon Fowler & wife Miranda of Beggs; BROTHER: Justin Watt & wife Christina of Drumright; SISTER: Tamara Watt of Tulsa; Maternal Grandmother: Linda Norton of Cushing; 6 NIECES & NEPHEWS: Malachi Watt – Aiden Watt – Robert Nance – James Dillinger – Makayla Nance – Emily Dillinger; 2 Great Uncles: Johnny Edwards of Broken Arrow – Charles Edwards of Muskogee; also numerous friends & other relatives.
