Graveside services for Donna Sue Griffin-Solomon were held in the New Zion Cemetery near Chandler, OK on April 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Reverend John Tidwell of the Bristow Trinity Baptist Church officiating. Serving as casket bearers were Cody Horn, Steve Dawson, Raymond Griffin, Scott Griffin, Terry Nichols, and John Dawson. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Michael’s Funeral Home of Bristow, OK.

Donna Sue Griffin-Solomon was born in Bristow, OK on December 3, 1948 to the late Delbert Earl Griffin and Wona Faye (Christy) Griffin. She passed from this life in St. John Medical Center at Tulsa, OK on April 13, 2017 at the age of 68 years, 4 months, & 10 days. Donna had resided in Bristow all of her life and was a 1967 Graduate of Bristow High School. She was a machine operator at Kwikset for many years. Donna was united in marriage to Henry Solomon in October 2013 and they have remained together until her death. Donna was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and fishing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 BROTHER: John Griffin; and 1 BROTHER-IN-LAW: Isaac Horn.

Those left to mourn her passing include her HUSBAND: Hank Solomon;
2 SISTERS: Pamela Dawson and husband Robert - Christy Horn;
1 BROTHER: Ronald Griffin and wife Racheal;
